STEP 1: Consultation / Free Intro to CrossFit

ANYONE CAN DO CROSSFIT. Firemen, Computer Programmers, Beginners, Mothers, College Athletes, Tri-Athletes, average people who want to see a change in their body and ultimately their lives. We welcome, encourage and give the average person and the elite athlete alike, the opportunity to do above-average things. Step 1 is a 60-minute free intro session that explains the CrossFit methodology and evaluates your current level of fitness.To book your free 60 min intro / assessment please submit your contact information on the JOIN page. Please read over step 2 and 3 before you do so.

STEP 2: Elements One on One

Book a one on one class with our trainers and learn the fundamental movements to do Crossfit safe, with proper technique and form. We can also help with any nutritional needs and get you on the right path to join the number 1 gym in Gisborne.

STEP 3: Choose your Membership

ANYONE CAN DO CROSSFIT. We have a variety of classes for all levels. Please refer to our membership page for all the options available.

Membership Payments

We use the trusted Ezidebit for direct debit membership payments. Members get the choice of fortnightly or monthly deductions and membership is paid in advance.

At Crossfit4010 we prefer memberships are paid via direct debit and should you need to make payments via another method this will incur an admin charge of $5 per payment.

Membership Termination

We allow membership to be placed on hold three times per year for a minimum duration of two weeks and can not be for longer that 3 months. If a break longer than 3 months is required the membership will be terminated and on return membership will be at the current rate. We require 2 weeks notice for holds and cancellations
