We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 18 people so that our instructors can give a professional service to each member. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book online and show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalised pointers.
Monday to Friday
6am – 7am | 12pm-1pm | 5:30pm-6:30pm
Intermediate and above CrossFit classes Welcome to your perfect early morning, lunch break or after work workout. During this class, we do a series of intense CrossFit movements with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and a good stretch at the end.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00am - 7:00am
Here we incorporate more cardio exercises and lite weights to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those women wanting to push themselves outside the regular ladies classes offered around Gisborne and take that next step, CrossFit within a female only environment, sorry fullas.
10:30am – 11:30am
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. This class is perfect for whole office activity and may even help worker productivity and boost office moral. Get the your staff out of the office and moving!

3:30pm – 4:00pm (5-9) and 4:10pm - 4:50pm (10 -12)
Welcome to your CrossFt Kids! Here our main object of these classes is to get the kids to enjoy fitness and see exercise as fun and not a chore. We use functional movements like squats, press ups, swinging, jumping and much more to create a environment of energetic learning through exercise and games. All overseen by our friendly coaches and stuff.
4:30pm – 5:20pm
12pm – 1pm
This is our favourite cardio activity. More than a class, BoxFit is designed to be fun! It’s like being in the ring without the drama. A great complement to our CrossFit programming as it allows for high intensity work without the weights.
6:30pm – 7:30pm
Learn good form and what it means to reach your CrossFit goals. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need, you’ll determine your level of fitness and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, burpee, handstand, chin up, double under, rope climb, olly lifts and more, let the growth and confidence begin.
Mondays & Wednesdays
3:20pm - 4:10pm
Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. These classes are ideal for aspiring young teen athletes looking to get that edge on other teens in their chosen sport or perfect for those teens still trying to find their sport. We get the kids active through gymnastics, weight lifting and forms of Cardio like running, rowing or biking. Great way for kids to get in shape.
Mums & Bubs CrossFit

A light CrossFit class thats designed for all the mums out there looking to get back in shape after baby or mums looking for that next challenge in their journey. Come down and workout beside like minded mothers of all ages. We have a child friendly facility that you and you kids will love.
