Classes

 

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 18 people so that our instructors can give a professional service to each member. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book online and show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalised pointers.

 

Weekend Catch Up Class

Saturday & Sunday
8:00am - 9:00am

Wanting more training or do you struggle to make it during the week? Well then this is the class for you 1 hour dedicated to moving the body and burning those unwanted weekend calories. Use it to top up a weeks training or to just make up for the training you missed in the week due to life commitments. Fun class with loads of like minded people wanting to get the best out of their training.


Open CrossFit

Monday to Friday
5:00am - 6:00am | 6:00am - 7:00am | 12pm-1pm | 5:30pm-6:30pm

Saturdays
Open Gym

Intermediate and above CrossFit classes Welcome to your perfect early morning, lunch break or after work workout. During this class, we do a series of intense CrossFit movements with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and a good stretch at the end.


Mums & Bubs CrossFit

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
9:30am – 10:30am

A light CrossFit class thats designed for all the mums out there looking to get back in shape after baby or mums looking for that next challenge in their journey. Come down and workout beside like minded mothers of all ages. We have a child friendly facility that you and you kids will love.


CrossFit Kids 

Tuesdays
3:20pm – 4:00pm

Welcome to your CrossFt Kids! Here our main object of these classes is to get the kids to enjoy fitness and see exercise as fun and not a chore. We use functional movements like squats, press ups, swinging, jumping and much more to create a environment of energetic learning through exercise and games.  All overseen by our friendly coaches and stuff.

CrossFit Teens 

Mondays & Wednesdays
3:20pm - 4:10pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. These classes are ideal for aspiring young teen athletes looking to get that edge on other teens in their chosen sport or perfect for those teens still trying to find their sport. We get the kids active through gymnastics, weight lifting and forms of Cardio like running, rowing or biking. Great way for kids to get in shape.
